Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to the EzyCommunity mobile application and the EzyCommunity web platform, published by EzyCommunity.

EzyCommunity has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). These standards explain what we prohibit, how we enforce our rules, how anyone can report a concern, and how to contact our child safety team.

1. Prohibited Conduct and Content

The following are strictly prohibited on EzyCommunity, in all posts, comments, course content, chat messages, media uploads, profiles, community names, and any other user-generated content:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any depiction, real, animated, illustrated, or AI/computer-generated, of a minor engaged in sexually explicit or sexually suggestive conduct.
• Child sexualization — content that sexualizes, or is intended to sexually gratify through, a minor, including non-explicit imagery presented in a sexualized context.
• Grooming — building a relationship with a minor in order to sexually abuse, exploit, or traffic them, including sexualized conversation with a minor.
• Sextortion — threatening to expose intimate imagery of a minor to obtain further imagery, money, sexual contact, or any other benefit.
• Trafficking of a minor — advertising, soliciting, facilitating, or arranging the sexual exploitation or commercial sexual abuse of a minor.
• Solicitation or facilitation — requesting, offering, promoting, advertising, or linking to any of the above, or attempting to use EzyCommunity to make contact with a minor for these purposes.

2. Reporting a Concern

Anyone — a user or a member of the public — can report suspected CSAE to us:

• In EzyCommunityOpen the ⋯ menu on any post and choose Report this post, then select the Child safety reason. Reports are private — the author is not told who reported them — and child safety reports are routed to a priority review queue.
• By emailWrite to [email protected] with CSAE as the subject line. Using that subject flags the message for immediate routing to our child safety team ahead of the general support queue. This channel is open to anyone, including people who do not have an EzyCommunity account and people reporting content they cannot access.
  Where you can, include a link to the content or profile, the community it appears in, and a short description of the concern. Please do not attach or forward the imagery itself — a link or description is enough for us to locate and act on it.

Reports involving CSAE are prioritized for urgent human review. We aim to acknowledge reports within 24 hours and to action confirmed violations immediately on discovery.

3. How We Enforce These Standards

• Content reported as CSAE is escalated to trained human reviewers on a priority queue.
• Confirmed violating content is removed, and the responsible account is permanently terminated. We also remove the account's other content and block re-registration where we can.
• We preserve the relevant account data and content as required by law to support investigations by the appropriate authorities.
• Attempts to circumvent enforcement — new accounts, coded language, off-platform redirection — are themselves violations and are treated the same way.

4. Reporting to Authorities

We report apparent CSAM and CSAE to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law. This includes filing CyberTipline reports with the United States National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org, and cooperating with law enforcement and equivalent national hotlines in other jurisdictions where we operate. We respond to valid legal requests from law enforcement relating to child safety.

5. Age Requirements

EzyCommunity is intended for users aged 12 and older.

Users aged 16 and over may use the Services independently. Users between the ages of 12 and 15 may use the Services only with the verifiable consent or authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts we identify as belonging to a person under the age of 12, or to a person aged 12–15 who does not have the required parental or guardian consent, may be removed or disabled.

6. Child Safety Point of Contact

The CSAE subject line escalates the message directly to this team. We monitor it continuously and can speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance on request.

7. Compliance

These standards are published in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and Apple's App Store guidelines, and are reviewed at least annually. They apply alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
